ACNE STUDIOS printed logo retro collared zip-up sweater jacket. Fabric: 32-count top layer, 40-count bottom layer. G ribbing: 21-count 2×2 rib G. This collared zipper cardigan is made of soft fleece fabric and has been piece-dyed with Retro spray-printed patterns to give it an aged effect. Logo stamp at front, side-seam pockets, and ribbed cuffs and hem. Regular fit, just above the waist. It adopts a 3-strand composite fleece structure with 32 counts for the top layer and 40 counts for the bottom layer, with a weight of g/㎡. The 32-count yarn on the top layer is fine and smooth, giving the surface a smooth touch and excellent anti-pilling properties; the 40-count 3-ply yarn on the bottom layer is treated with a raising process to form a rich and soft fluff layer, providing excellent warmth and skin-friendly wrapping. With 21 2×2 ribs, the g/㎡ weight ensures that the collar, cuffs and hem have excellent tensile fatigue resistance and shape retention capabilities. During piece dyeing, the entire fabric is immersed in the dye vat after weaving, and the dye molecules fully penetrate into the fibers, ensuring full, deep colors and excellent color fastness. Each batch of dyeing produces subtle differences, making the color tone of the single product unique. On this basis, the paint is sprayed irregularly on the surface of the garment through manual spray painting to create a splash-like retro effect. The distressed processing of holes causes the color to fade and mottle in parts. The ribbed trim is also treated to form slight whitening and fluffing, which visually echoes the spray-painted effect on the body, making the new clothes appear as if they have been worn for a long time and exposed to the sun. The front logo stamp uses a slurry printing process. The printing slurry contains a special microcapsule foaming agent. After being baked at high temperature, the slurry layer expands to form three-dimensional bulges, and the surface presents a granular texture similar to inkjet paint. This process simulates the effect of random drops of pigment after being atomized during spray gun spraying. The edges of the pattern present a natural feathering transition, rather than the rigid boundaries of glue printing. The printing surface has a fine graininess and soft elasticity to the touch, forming a closed loop of the process with the distressed effect of the spray painting on the body.

ACNE STUDIOS stamp logo printed long-sleeved T-shirt This long-sleeved round neck style is made of cotton/linen blend jersey fabric with an irregular textured surface for a retro style. Ac stamp logo at front. Relaxed fit, unisex style, hip-length. The fineness of the 32-count yarn ensures a delicate touch, and the introduction of hemp fiber is the finishing touch. It breaks the conventional softness of pure cotton. On the basis of being skin-friendly and soft, it brings natural roughness, knotty particles and micro-wrinkle visual effects, creating an irregular texture of a natural rough base. The fabric is piece-dyed to create a soft, matte finish. Hemp fiber significantly improves moisture wicking properties and provides a dry touch. It has an extremely light and breathable wearing experience. The fabric can naturally drape according to the body contour, forming soft folds, which perfectly serves the casual and loose version, achieving a harmonious unity of material and silhouette. The logo printing on the front is not a simple offset printing, but uses a double-layer process of environmentally friendly elastic glue and varnish. The bottom layer is environmentally friendly elastic glue, which is composed of water-based environmentally friendly resin. After being scraped through screen printing and cured at high temperature, a soft and continuous adhesive film with strong stretch elasticity is formed. This layer of film can perfectly stretch and retract with the fabric, completely solving the problems of cracking and stiffness in traditional printing, and ensuring that the wear on light and thin fabrics does not feel tight. A transparent varnish that is accurately overprinted on the surface creates a high-gloss gloss effect in specific areas, contrasting with the matte or semi-matte texture of the glue. This layer of varnish not only significantly improves the color contrast and three-dimensional layering of the pattern, but also strengthens the wear-resistant and wash-resistant properties, making the printing on the rough hemp base appear elastic, durable and glossy.
